Do You Use Mobile to View the Blog When Editing CSS?

I am someone who prefers using PC whenever I edit CSS of my blog and today, I realise that I never really use mobile to view my blog until today.

Everything I thought it looked nice on a PC, until I view it on mobile. It either spills to the next line (nav bar) or the date I set is too long and the post title is squishy. For context, I'm using Samsung A06 with 5G capability as my smartphone.

So here comes a question, or thought(?). I wonder if anyone that edits CSS, do you edit CSS with mobile¹ in mind or do you edit only with the platform (in my case, PC) you're exclusively on?

Now that I writing it out loud, I wonder is it really possible to edit css with every possible phone screen resolution? Let me know if it's even possible. Haha. Or should I just edit out one of the nav bar option? Maybe font size? I don't know yet.

I guess I'll have to tinker more when I have the free time. I have been lazy recently haha
