Nostalgia Gaming
I saw a blog earlier today while I was travelling to work, stating that Spiral Knights was their favourite childhood game (that just got updated). It reminded me so much that I remember many fond memories back in the day. And by back in the day, I mean like 2010 all the way to 2014/2015. I also remember the time when Nick Popovich left the company to form his own company (which is now known as Monomi Park, a studio that made Slime Rancher and it's sequel)...
Met many friends back then and while I did not keep in touch with many of them present day due to life progressing naturally, and I'm glad that I still able to keep in touch with some of them (although it's like yearly check-in type thing).
One of the fond memories that I had with the game, is when one of my friend, who was a guildmaster (we are on different guild btw) at the time, traded 2 million ecto drops to, if I'm remember correctly, to expand their guild or something. It was fun watching them does that. lmao.
I stopped playing the game since 2015 and only this year (a couple of months back) where I start to log into Spiral Knights to check how was the state of the game. Still the same as I remember and man, when the haven music starts playing, the nostalgia hits. The fun memories with friends, guildmates and friends of their friends being in the lobby trying to do something funny, or just minding their own business at the auction house.

Thanks for the memory lane, Dartrivity. :)
